All orders from Bree's Glow Ritual are fulfilled through our global fulfillment partner. This allows us to offer competitive pricing and ship directly to customers worldwide.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50
- Standard Shipping $8.00 for orders under $50
- Express Shipping $15.00 (where available)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Customs and Duties
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@glowbybree.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will investigate.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have shipped. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away and we will do our best to update it before fulfillment.
