Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Eligible Items
The following items are eligible for return:
- Unopened skincare and beauty products in original sealed packaging
- Defective or damaged items (see below)
- Incorrect items sent due to our error
The following items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened or used personal care products
- Items without original packaging
- Digital downloads or gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@glowbybree.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@glowbybree.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
